At MittiArtisans, we take great pride in the craftsmanship of our handmade pottery. Each piece is carefully created, inspected, and packaged with love. However, if you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Returns & Exchanges
Eligibility: Returns are accepted only for items that arrive damaged, defective, or if the wrong product was delivered.
Time Frame: You must request a return within 7 days of receiving the order.
Condition: The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and with proof of purchase.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at customerservice@mittiartisans.in. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: B14, Jost Employee Society, Road 22, Indira Nagar, Wagle Estate, Thane 400604
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Products
Please email us at customerservice@mittiartisans.in with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the product and packaging
- For wrong and defective products the replacement delivery time frame will be 7 days
We will offer a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs if paid while placing the order
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the handmade nature of our products, minor variations in color, size, or finish are normal and not considered defects.
Custom or personalized items cannot be returned unless damaged or incorrect.
Exchange Policy
Exchanges are processed only for the same item if damaged. For other replacements, please initiate a return and place a new order. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Exchanges delivery timeframe will be 7 days.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
